Worst place I've ever had to take a drug test at. Every other place in the country, you walk in with your paperwork and ID and give a sample and on your way. Not here. They force you to give all your personal info, address, phone number, email or they refuse to do the drug test. They make you fill out a full intake set of paperwork like you are seeing a doctor.
