I really like Dr. Kananen and the staff of this clinic. Dr. Kananen is my favorite pcp by far. She listens to me and takes me seriously which is something I've struggled to find in a pcp. She creates a safe space for women to be heard.
They keep hanging up on me and I don’t understand why. I’m just trying to get an X-ray..
Horrible! Do not use this clinic or Dr Kananen for any reason. They are unprofessional and incompetent. The doctor and staff completely ignored us telling them that our daughter's condition was chronic, despite 3 visits for the exact same issue within 9 months. The doctor told us at 3pm on a Monday to get an over the counter covid/flu test and if the results were negative that she would prescribe us antibiotics. We took the test and returned the negative results to the office by 4:15 the same day. When we called back to get ... read more
They see my wife (a doctor), me (a paramedic) and our baby son. They are amazing, polite and professional. The medical knowledge of the providers is supurb.
