Horrible! Do not use this clinic or Dr Kananen for any reason. They are unprofessional and incompetent. The doctor and staff completely ignored us telling them that our daughter's condition was chronic, despite 3 visits for the exact same issue within 9 months. The doctor told us at 3pm on a Monday to get an over the counter covid/flu test and if the results were negative that she would prescribe us antibiotics. They see my wife (a doctor), me (a paramedic) and our baby son. They are amazing, polite and professional. The medical knowledge of the providers is supurb.
I appreciate the staff and my doctor who are efficient courteous and caring. It is not as difficult as navigating big hospitals, traffic and jammed waiting rooms. Lots of parking, easy access and I feels good that this is where I get to go for healthcare.
I went to check in as a new patient and tried to check in at the kiosk, but because I was new the system didn't recognize me and told me to go to the receptionist. I went there and explained, but the receptionist who was there said she only worked with the other patients checking in for the other doctor in the practice. She said I had to wait until the other receptionist returned. I waited for 40 minutes thinking that perhaps they were just behind schedule. Just moved to the area and wanted to establish care with a new pcp as part of my to do list. Donna at reception and checkout was wonderful, and Dr. Catherine Kananen Roman was very sweet and easy to talk to and did not make me feel rushed. Also parking was easy which is a plus. Appointment started on time as well.
