Horrible experience today. Took my 80 year old father with poor vision to see the doctor on July 24 at Mercy Pavillion Vision Institute. Everything went well except he needed to return for a re-check on his poor vision due to a sty to see if it had any effect on his prescription. So the Dr. perscribed antibiotics and warm compresses to use in the meantime. Waited over an hour for my appointment, and ultimately had to leave because I had to pick up my kid. Lobby was filled with 30-40 patients also waiting.
