My husband liked Doctor Davies only problem is his office doesn’t return calls to get him scheduled to get his catheter out. We are now having problems with it and I have called 3 days in a row and nobody calls back. I had to reach out to Dr on call and he said he would leave a message for office in the morning. Now my husband thinks that there is a infection so hopefully we will be able to get a hold of someone today!
This department is absolutely awful. I have left 3 messages over the course of 3 weeks attempting to get my client scheduled for an appointment and literally in 3 weeks no one has returned my call. Every time I call the representative acknowledges the dates she previously saw my calls recorded and no one has reached out. Absolutely absurd and unprofessional
Good doctors, not their fault, but just too busy. But, we got good results, thats what is important
Dr. Nelson and his staff are nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Nelson explained in detail what my procedure would entail and the reasons why the procedure needed to be done. His staff has been awesome and answered every question my wife and I had. Dr. Nelson did my procedure on Friday, May 7th and he called me May 8th to check on me and provided us with his personal cell phone number to call if I needed anything. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone requiring the service of a Urologist.
