I have been a total of 3 times. I can’t tell you how NICE, GRACEFUL, and LOVELY. Every person that works there is. I have never written a review about an urgent care. The way from the front desk to being seen. (Yes it can be a wait) Thank you, all you deserve so much for truly making me feel like I’m the only one there/attending to me, helping me.
Took my son there today as he is sick with god knows what. Nurse did a nose swab and offered a throat swab but we declined because his throat wasn’t even sore. Also 2 days prior he was swabbed nose and throat at Cmg and came back fine. Seconds after the nurse left the room the dr(female) comes in got in my sons face belittling him for not getting his throat swabbed. Was a little wait but that normal dealing with any Healthcare these days but very friendly and attentive once your taken back. Front desk was also very friendly and help full
**Updated 10/19/2025** It has now been three weeks since this happened, and I still haven’t received any call, email, or written follow up from UPMC management or Patient Relations. I reported it to the on-site advocate and administrator the same day, and I’ve since left multiple voicemails with the clinic, UPMC’s complaint line, and the feedback number listed on this page. Because there’s still been no response, I’ve started filing official complaints with the Maryland Board of Nursing and state oversight offices. I haven’t... read more
