**Updated 10/19/2025** It has now been three weeks since this happened, and I still haven’t received any call, email, or written follow up from UPMC management or Patient Relations. I reported it to the on-site advocate and administrator the same day, and I’ve since left multiple voicemails with the clinic, UPMC’s complaint line, and the feedback number listed on this page. I visited this office in early July. There was a reasonable wait period. The receptionists and doctor who saw me was extremely caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this doctor and location.
Everything moved quickly and smoothly. Dr. Deren was awesome. Great job to the entire staff. A++
Horrible place got me infected with bad needles and never wiped down after with smt prevent the infection and made my whole entire face swell never recommend
