Everyone from the woman at the front desk to everyone I saw before I left was extremely kind. Everyone told me to "feel better" and "have a nice day". I came in around 7 on a Sunday, so this was near end of the day and everyone was still upbeat and friendly. I received good care and things were explained to me well. Everyone was also very efficient. I was in and out in about half hour.
I've been coming to this urgent care for years. Staff is always friendly and considering how many people that I've witnessed them treating i dont understand how any of the Cumberland entitled group can complain about wait times. I saw a review from some other adult/child that even claimed the clinic was dirty so heres two photos for you to reach you own decision. Very friendly staff. Good fast service when you're sick.
Have been here many times for my kiddos over the years with a variety of issues. Sometimes they are very busy and there’s a wait time, but overall we’ve always received good service and friendly staff!
I have been a total of 3 times. I can’t tell you how NICE, GRACEFUL, and LOVELY. Every person that works there is. I have never written a review about an urgent care. The way from the front desk to being seen. (Yes it can be a wait) Thank you, all you deserve so much for truly making me feel like I’m the only one there/attending to me, helping me.
