They suck they are rude and slow
Closer to a first aid station than a doctor's office. Very nice people but extremely limited in what they can do and they'll try to send you off to the emergency room for even fairly common tests without so much as a referral. Good luck getting your insurance company to pay for a non-emergency visit to an emergency room.
Everyone from the woman at the front desk to everyone I saw before I left was extremely kind. Everyone told me to "feel better" and "have a nice day". I came in around 7 on a Sunday, so this was near end of the day and everyone was still upbeat and friendly. I received good care and things were explained to me well. Everyone was also very efficient. I was in and out in about half hour.
I've been coming to this urgent care for years. Staff is always friendly and considering how many people that I've witnessed them treating i dont understand how any of the Cumberland entitled group can complain about wait times. I saw a review from some other adult/child that even claimed the clinic was dirty so heres two photos for you to reach you own decision.
