Heavyset girl with short, brown hair at front desk (03/04/2022 5pm) was rude and made a scene multiple times putting not one, but TWO relatives of a patient out of the waiting area and continued to loudly talk about it to the security officers as they told her it wasn't an issue allowing them to sit and wait. I feel that she was doing it for attention and she clearly has too much time on her hands. This place is trash. They changed our appointment without telling us. Nobody can explain why. The office manager is too gutless to get on the phone and explain themselves and the lady keeps lying to us and telling us we couldn't find out the sex of our baby today anyway, despite the fact that this was the date they scheduled for it. Shes acting like its impossible when we found out our son's sex earlier than this. Williamsport medical center (upmc) seems to get a bad name BUT all of my experience’s have Been great . The staff are awesome and work very hard on answering any questions from top to bottom. With a person who has medical issues I never think about anywhere else to go , with the changes they have made they’re constantly updated and they all know what they are doing very well . I think we are blessed to have the hospital and all the staff they employ . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Thank you for everything you do .
Everyone at this hospital has been very caring and act like they Love their job . My dad has been here several times over the last couple months for heart testing , heart cathe, appointment with the Heart Vascular Dept and today for a valve replacement and always been treated with much respect and compassion. I am so pleased with the care my dad has and is receiving

the staff is very kind, very helpful and knowledgeable. they made me comfortable through a very difficult time. Compassion is priceless.
