Not a good experience at all! The worst office I have ever needed to deal with. Would rather travel than to be seen here. They don’t care. Secretary Heather is rude.
The shot they gave me for my skin problem didn't help at all this time. The response I received was to try a medication they gave me 2 yrs ago which I had a serious allergic reaction to and ended me up in Geisinger!!
I just called UPMC Dermatologist for an appointment. Their earliest appointment is by March 2025! Is this the sort of medical service we receive in Williamsport? A four-month wait for a dermatologist appointment? What do we pay so high healthcare insurance premium for? It's ridiculous and unacceptable.
I was referred to them by my doctor and they wouldn’t even see me. I was told that they don’t remove any cyst larger than 1 cm . Told me to see a plastic surgeon.
