My husband was referred there by our pcp and he's called 3 times and no one has returned his phone calls. They say they answer in24 to 48 hrs and we know THATS A LIE
It is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone. My physician orders a sleep study so I finally got thru to the sleep lab at mercy gave them my info than was told someone would contact me within 48hrs that was a week ago. I have called multiple times since than and left messages details of name and mailing adress. This is definitely an insurance scam.
