We encountered many wonderful nurses who were attentive, compassionate and helpful. However, we also had lots of nurses who were loudly watching videos on their phones or simply chit chatting at a workstation while patience were trying to rest. These nurses showed a lack of compassion for the people they were supposed to be serving.
