Awful I can’t even get a new patient appointment until August 2025 ? This is ridiculous people need to be seen not a lot of places accepts my type of insurance
Took a month to be seen. Then when I got there the terrible front desk girls told me I didn’t have a reference from my dentist.yet I had my X-ray in hand.What a waste of time!!
Terrible customer service and poor professionalism. The front desk lady gave me and my client attitude as soon as I walked in, because I was late. She didn’t even say hi and welcome, just reiterated to me several times that I was late. I’m never going to this place voluntarily. Hope she’s not rude to other customers. God bless.
It’s crazy how I can’t get a call back it takes three days no one is ever by the phone upmc should be ashamed
