This is the worst office staff of any establishment I have EVER encountered. They made a mistake on my medication request as there were two meds requested, but they only looked at one that cvs didnt have in stock so it was filled a week later than the one I needed. They made me wait 5 days longer and when I called to inquire why they did not check both dates I was met with a woman named Pam unleashing on me. I really like having Emily Gruendler as my PCP. The staff here has always been kind to me, especially Colleen. They respond quickly to any messages on the myUPMC app.
Dr Richetti is my doctor. He’s been amazing since I’ve gone to him, however the woman that answers the phone and takes appointments is terrible at customer service. She couldn’t show anymore than she does that she doesn’t want to be there. She makes you feel like you shouldn’t be calling for an appointment or for a refill lol n prescriptions.
I’ve spent many years coming to regular visits here with Dr. Tepe who is wonderful and due to it’s convenient location on the trolley line. I am never trying to be a bother and hardly ever ask for help unless it’s absolutely serious. Well this year I’ve had a serious medical condition and the office is nothing but absolutely unhelpful and uncommunicative. It truly feels like nobody here cares about their patients at all.
