RecommendedUnfortunately due to Dave’s declining health we come to the ER enough to give an objective review. The triage area is always a busy place and they do an excellent job of prioritizing patients. While many of us would like the system to be a first in - first out it simply can’t function that way. Once you are taken back to the exam rooms you can see the staff really shine. Everyone is polite, comforting and professional. very clean.. very friendly... supportive..
wait time is ridiculous ...this is the most ridiculous ER I've ever been to... not even that many people waiting and some people have been waiting for 6 hours...I would reccomend UPMC osteopathic over this...they are much more efficient
Drs and nurses were very good and polite

I do not recommend their emergency room. I do however recommend there Outpatient Surgical Center! Everyone there greets you with a smile on their face. They take excellent care of their patients! They're very attentive to your needs.
I was very impressed w all of the staff. I had no waiting. I went rt back and the nurses and Drs were Great!!
The Er is horrible we were there a little before 10 pm and my friend her autistic son she never got seen so we left a little after 3 in the morning I was ready to leave before that
I don't like this hospital
