they never listen to me. told me hip is fine. 3 months later still stuck in bed and in pain cause can't walk. My back surgeon found that I had dislocated my hip as well as fractured it.
In outpatient surgery need to keep tv updated so family knows what's going on or someone relay a message so families dont worry. Also seen childrens table maybe add some stuff there for children to do

Extremely pissed off. Took my 2.5 year old son to the ER Friday (2/7/20) with a temp of 103.6. Explained all his symptoms to them. they gave him a chest X-ray and strep test. They both were normal. The doctor said he had a Flu like virus but since it was viral there’s nothing they could do. If they had bothered giving a flu test they would have known it was the flu!! Now my son has to tough it out because it’s too late to get tamiflu. You people suck!
you all deserve to be shut down, no care for people's lives what so ever, just disrespect and rudeness from staff, inconsistency with your work, and with how long you all there take to see someone dealing with a severe chest issue is a joke, yall don't care your all just there to make your checks, you all are truly evil humans and are responsible for lives lost
4 hours just to be taken back. yet to be seen. all i need is a dr. note. I've never seen an ER staff give less of a crap.
Put biohazard containers in the patient's room and use them instead of the garbage can. have qualified doctors with qualified physician assistants that work in your orthopedic department. I could go on.
