Good service, though sometimes buried in patients if you're just visiting urgent care. They move as quick as they can to get everyone through
Absolutely ridiculous do not waste your time coming here. Completely unprofessional I was speaking to my doctor and someone else named Ashley M. They told me to come in for an appointment since I was out of town for 2 days and they wished to see me. I told them no problem and I called since the UPMC app was down and they told me to come down for a appointment at one the same day I called that I was all squared away for the same day at 1 for a re evaluation. I have been waiting over a month for my prior auth for medication. The insurance company still hasn't received it. I've been without my med. They don't seem to care. When my auth was requested about a month ago i was told the "person that does prior auths" was on vacation and wouldn't be back for over a week. So, upmc doesn't have back up prior auth people to cover vacations appearantly. That's awful, just leave a patient without their meds. I even called their patient help line. Obviously it didn't help.
This place is terrible, scheduled an appointment for January 5th, I show up there today and the appointment was December 5th! I did not receive a single confirmation or notice that the appointment was in December. I don’t even know how that is possible because I scheduled it like December 1st, no way I was supposed to go in that quick.
