Great service
Urology team stinks. Nice people, but terribly inefficient. Waited an hour and a half for a 30 second procedure. The excuse was that a nurse was on vacation and they couldn't find where she put 1 of their 2 scopes. Pathetic. Have more scopes. Plan better. Communicate better. Quit wasting folks' time. Our experience with their team in the hospital was not much better. It was a weekend so we understand staffing is different on the weekend. I don't agree, but I get it. Did not send my x-rays in a timely manner to my doctor after explicitly telling me they would have them sent over in 2 to 3 days. 2 weeks later I am still doing the leg work to get my x-rays to my doctor.
