Outpatient center is good, however my 1-star if for Spine Health Program. It's been 3 months that I am leaving voicemails and trying to reach them to schedule an appointment. They always switch to voicemails and called back once at 8:30am just to reach my voicemail. I called them maybe 20 times now. Unfortunately I cannot choose a different location as I cannot drive that far.
Don’t be fooled by the front desk help comments , whether they are good or bad DR Mark Baratz did miracles on me as a professional athlete and is a phenomenal human being.
