If a zero star rating was available, that's what they'd get from me. This is going to be a long one....this office does not genuinely care for the patients. They want to see you and be done with you with as little work as possible. Seek other practices if quality is what you desire. Was seen by a Dr at UPMC, who came highly recommended on Parathyroid but she doesn't see you before she makes up her medical opinion. She's swayed by UPMC surgeon opinion before checking out the pt. Her mind seems to be easily swayed! I was dx with Dish Disease in Az after dealing with alot of left lower back pain & swelling. Every dr in Pittsburgh was saying it was OA or Arthritis but pain was getting so bad that I can't stand for anytime or walk!! Dish Disease deals with Calcium being deposited where it shouldn't be! I keep up on information about diabetes so I wanted a team that was knowledgeable and up on the latest treatments. I was very impressed with Dr. Ullal and the rest of the team at the Falk Endocrinology Clinic. They helped me deal with insurance so that I can get the T Slim Semi closed loop pump and CGM system. They are also very caring and do not blow you off when you have questions. I was planning to go scuba diving and they were familiar with the specifics of scuba diving when you take insulin.
