Review for UPMC Matilda Clinic I’m very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and communication from this clinic. I had an appointment on 10/10/25 and received abnormal lab results, but I never received a call or message from the doctor to discuss them. On 10/12/25, I sent a message through myUPMC portal requesting antibiotics due to ongoing UTI symptoms. I have been going to this place since I was a baby. I just got off the phone with a very rude nurse by the name of Bethany. She kept interrupting me and speaking to me hostile when I was simply inquiring about my son’s medical form that was supposed to be fillled out via doctor. She isn’t the only rude staff member there neither. I will be taking this matter up with the higher ups.
Michelle has the worst attitude for someone who signed up to do this job !! She seems as she rather be anywhere else but there & it’s really hard to her questions answered with her on the phone !
By far the best experience! Doctors, nurses and front desk staff are truly amazing and welcoming. This place feels like a family unit.
