I have had multiple great experiences with Dr Yassa, however after one horrible experience with Holly, I will not be returning to this center. I do not want to explain the specifics of my issue, because it relates to my personal medical information, but Holly was incredibly rude and misleading. Pls read this like a mature adult, ty. I went in hoping to get medicine for a sti... I was already diagnosed in their old center. I never knew that kind if stuff gets deleted(?). Anyway I used to make sure I got women until I realized they don't care and thats insulting to my faith and trauma. Review for UPMC Matilda Clinic I’m very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and communication from this clinic. I had an appointment on 10/10/25 and received abnormal lab results, but I never received a call or message from the doctor to discuss them. On 10/12/25, I sent a message through myUPMC portal requesting antibiotics due to ongoing UTI symptoms. I have been going to this place since I was a baby. I just got off the phone with a very rude nurse by the name of Bethany. She kept interrupting me and speaking to me hostile when I was simply inquiring about my son’s medical form that was supposed to be fillled out via doctor. She isn’t the only rude staff member there neither. I will be taking this matter up with the higher ups.
Michelle has the worst attitude for someone who signed up to do this job !! She seems as she rather be anywhere else but there & it’s really hard to her questions answered with her on the phone !
