Let me start this by saying I am vasovagal, so getting my blood drawn is always a huge ordeal and I try to avoid it as much as possible. Well, I'm 19 weeks pregnant and couldn't put off the labs anymore so I gave in and went to the outpatient blood lab. I asked the receptionist for the most experienced vein-whisperer of a technician and he did not disappoint! He specially requested Sharon, a very kind and nurturing woman, to take my blood. Friendly and efficient staff. Main entrance. Almost directly in front of you to the right.
I wish this told me where in the hospital to go to get to the lab. The purpose for a map is to get directions. This doesn't really have any other than it's somewhere in the hospital. 🤷♀️🤦♀️
Entire staff is informative and extremely nice!
Had blood work done here and they did not label the tubes. I had to have the blood work re done. I was not called and apologized to or anything. Very terrible!
