I have called five times over the last month and a half trying to get a CD of my imaging. They haven’t answered the phone, and they never return my voicemails. How am I supposed to get my images?? This is so ridiculous.
The front desk staff is rude. Next time I will choose another location.
Had to be there at 730 for 8a appointment, was taken to get IV at 8, blew veins in left arm, sat until 820 with iv in right. At 825 I was informed my script was wrong, Dr opens up at 830, had to inquire at 9a what's going on(they said they couldn't get ahold of my dr, at 935(I call dr, took me a minute), 942(new fax received), 10(still sitting)....what is the hold up?!! Meanwhile I was told at 9 that there was no one scheduled for MRI & it was open & waiting! I didn't get out of the hospital until 1214!! Unacceptable I've ha... read more
