Terrible. Waited 5 months to see their shoulder specialist turns out he was a knee and hip specialist. He scheduled surgery and never returned my calls. Switched surgeons tried to get pt and biofeedback through hamot sports medicine in the same building. Still no call from that office either. Thank God for Dr. Luhban.
I have been waiting over an hour just to see the doc...and my appointment time was 7:45! How many patients could possibly be in front of us? There appears to be a ton of staff, who are very polite, but no urgency to get to us. Once we saw the doctor, he was pleasant, professional and thorough. I am happy with the care my daughter received!
