If i could give no stars i definitely would. I don't know how they are still open and in Business. They are fast because they don't diagnose correctly and just want you out as fast as you came. Took my 2 year old Thursday cause he's had a fever since Tuesday, when we were there is was 101.6. They blamed it on the shots he got. Take him to the Emergancy room the next day and he is diagnosed with an ear infection and pneumonia starting on his right side. So happy we got a second opinion. Yall need to be closed down for real. Took my son here because he has been running a fever for days. His ear was clogged and the CRNP LINDSEY A. SMITH pretended to look in his ears. She shinned the light from a distance, she was lightning fast, and said everything was fine, and told me he has a virus. Took him to the hospital today and it turns out he had a perforated eardrum. He was given ear drops, antibiotics, and referred to an ENT. This particular CRNP LINDSEY A. SMITH has done this before. I was treated on 4/18/26 and 4/19/26 for separate issues. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient and the wait times were minimal. I would gladly recommend their services
Extremely professional. They were busy but I didn't feel that I was overlooked and everything was handled efficiently--including the wait time once I got inside. Also, the person who checked me in was not really familiar with the Veterans billing but never let it get her flustered. She too provided exceptional service. I would def use it again if needed and recommend it to others.
