All the staff were very friendly and caring. Can't ask for much more lol
I was treated with the utmost care and treatment.
Even though they were short staffed. At the Franklin Urgent Care they were very courteous and took their time to evaluate me & listen to all my concerns.
Shelley treated my daughter for a dog bite to her face. She was outstanding during this interaction. She knew exactly what to say to keep my daughter calm, and myself as well. She went above and beyond for us that day and we couldn't be more thankful for her compassionate care.
