I had THE BEST experience! The receptionist was so friendly and efficient! My nurse (Connie) was extremely helpful, personable, and informative. She made me feel very comfortable. When the doctor came in (Shelly), she took care of me as if I was her own family member. She was thorough, thoughtful, and really listened to me. I felt heard! Excellent job to all!
Was turned away due to the fact I did not have a bank card on me to pay the 50 dollar copay I can’t believe a medical office would turn away people and not Treat them
I thought the music was awesome!!
Terrible night club music played I n tge waiting room .I'm not the only one that complained and was agitated by it. Several others agreed that it was inappropriate for a waiting room where stress levels were already high. You would think that a medical facility would be more aware of the environment they provide for their patients. Will seek care at another facility next tone even if I have to drive a longer distance.
