I want to say if there could be a great Doctor it would be non other than Dr Gurav, Prakash. After visiting for years with all hopes deteriorated from Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi. While working in Pa. I gave it one last shot, and found UPMC eye center. Thus finding Mr. Prakash. During those 2+ years with him got to find a resolution to my disease with him, and got my eye procedures done with him. In my 15+ years not being able to see but blur.
