RecommendedI had a wonderful experience with my visit at UPMC optical. The doctor was very thorough and my vision was much clearer with my new prescription. The staff in the front of the store was professional and friendly and I only have good things to say about my visit
Bought glasses but had an major issue with the fit of them but management stepped up to the plate and handled the problem with an extreme dedication to customer care. Will be using this location again
Dr. Emily Depew and all of the staff are fantastic. They are very knowledgable, helpful, and nice. They are requiring masks and they take your temperature upon arrival; this made me feel comfortable knowing that they are taking proper COVID safety precautions. I was also surprised with how many great name brand frames they have such as Kate Spade, Banana Republic, and Calvin Klein. This was my first experience at this location and it certainly won't be the last. I highly recommend them!
