The scheduling person I just spoke with was rude and not at all helpful. I am calling from out of town to find a provider for my daughter who attends college there. When I asked about how close the office is to her school I was told to use my GPS. When I asked a specific question about insurance, he was rude and told me he had already answered the question (which he did not). If he is a representative of this practice, they are in big trouble.
