I tried to get an appointment for a week — unsuccessfully. They take days to respond. Once I received a call back three business days later then nothing after that. If they cannot return a call, how competent can they be? A colonoscopy is more sophisticated than operating a telephone. How long will it take to get test results back? A few months?
