If you have to GET TESTS & SEE A DR**SPLIT UP YOUR APPTS!** you CAN have your TESTS DONE 1 DAY & SEE THE DR *ANOTHER DAY!* It CUTS DOWN YOUR WAIT TIME SIGNIFICANTLY!Has to be w/in 1 week of appt tho!
BRING A BOOK OR PHONE TO OCCUPY YOUR TIME!! MOST of the time the WAITING ROOM IS *PACKED* & you end up waiting **FOREVER**. If you HAVE KIDS....MAKE SURE TO **BRING YOUR OWN STUFF** to occupy them!
Mercy has maintained it's excellent patient care standards and Catholic culture, even though it has transitioned into the UPMC system. Facilities and equipment have improved too.
