Would not recommend using this facility. Their customer service is poor and staff chose to be condescending despite issues being on their end. Did speak with the director after the fact (I asked to speak to him when incident occurred and was told he was busy and could not) and I do give them credit for reaching out after I said I wanted to speak to him but overall, situation was handled poorly and I had to go without treatment after waiting 41 days for an appointment.
The therapists were great and helped me out tremendously. All staff members friendly and helpful
The physical therapist has been kind, friendly, and helpful. Definitely experiencing an improvement to my issue. PT listened to concerns and provided a comprehensive workout that can be performed at home.
