I come here and see Ashley every 6-8 weeks as needed for a facial and she is so incredibly wonderful. Furthermore, I was having an issue with an area on my face and they got me in so quickly to see Eva who was so kind, compassionate, and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
Dr. Haddad is very skilled and knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner, but her scheduling staff are some of the most hostile I've ever encountered. I'm not sure if it is poor working conditions, lack of training, lack of communication, subliminal bigotry, or just generally being rude people but scheduling appointments at this place is awful. Excellent service!
I went here to treat Sebaceous Hyperplasia, essentially clogged oil glands. The treatment is called electrodessication. I had two treatments and there was zero improvement. It cost $450 and you deal with scabs on your face for two weeks afterwards. After spending that amount with zero improvement, I am dissatisfied -- was a waste of money. The receptionist Lisa is one of the rudest individuals that I have ever dealt with in a medical office. I’ve been going here for years and I can’t believe that she’s allowed to treat clients the way that she does! Terrible.
