I have never had such a pleasant visit that included blood work for my daughter until today the nurse Ian was personable quick and efficient he made her feel comfortable and kept her talking about books there were no tears no worries and I can’t thank him enough. Ian from the beginning of the visit to the end was amazing a true asset for UPMC. Hope to see him on our next visit.
