Visiting from out of state. I called before we came in to confirm out-of-pocket price for the visit. Came in, paid the amount up front, received satisfactory medical care, and went home. Would have been an easy 5 stars if the story ended here. 8 months later, out of the blue, received a bill marked past due for an additional 5X the original amount. Dr. Wu was amazing and patient with my 10 month old son. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Exceptional experience time and time again! The medical staff are fantastic. They take the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer questions with patience and understanding. The care they provide is top-notch, and my child feels safe and cared for the entire time. The facility is well-equipped, and the entire process from check-in to treatment was quick and efficient. Highly recommend to any parent in need of excellent pediatric care!
