They under medicated my daughter with a high fever, when I called they were about to close - that’s when they told me they didn’t give her enough medication. They said they close in 10 minutes but to give more meds and call them tomorrow if we need them. My daughter ended up in an ambulance and at a hospital due to their inability to correctly medicate a child. It took us WEEKS to hear back from the office manager who didn’t really seem to care. Visiting from out of state. I called before we came in to confirm out-of-pocket price for the visit. Came in, paid the amount up front, received satisfactory medical care, and went home. Would have been an easy 5 stars if the story ended here. 8 months later, out of the blue, received a bill marked past due for an additional 5X the original amount.
