The world's nicest, kindest nurses in the world work here. We just had a visit- we were taken back immediately, but we waited an hour to see the doctor. An hour! This is the norm- taken back to a room quickly by the nicest people to walk the earth, then wait for the doctor (usually 30-45 minutes).
Dr. Silk is wonderful. All of the doctors and employees are wonderful.
I have been taking my daughter to see Doctor Kilpatrick for the last 9 months. She is so patient and understanding. She answers all of our questions without judgement. Today at the office was hectic and they were short staffed and they were all amazing at keeping us updated. Would highly recommend going here.
We had a bad experience at this office. We waited 45min without being seen for a scheduled appointment. Before that, when they sent us the pre-registration paperwork, I tried on multiple devices to load the page - and could not get it to work. The medical assistant who checked us in actually held her finger up and shushed my child, who is the actual patient, after asking her a question.
