I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their box truck was parked in a clearly marked red curb/fire lane at the entrance to the warehouse, blocking access for large trucks that needed to back into the loading docks. After politely asking the driver to move the truck, they refused, even though it was creating a safety hazard and disrupting other businesses trying to make deliveries. Miguel, Francisco, Jose, Eric, Eugene were the movers today and they did a fantastic job today with the move. They were careful with family items that meant a lot and did a great walk through to make sure we were on the same page. They were fast, efficient and most of all easy to work with. Highly recommend!
They had told us that the truck was due to leave on a certain date and only then we decided to book our move with them as per the promised date but little did we know that this would take forever. They kept changing the dates as to when the truck would leave from CA and took a month for our luggage to reach us! + While having a confirmation via text and email that all my boxes will be wrapped at the cost locked before the move they decided they will be charging me for which I did pay but later realized they rarely stick to t... read more
Used them for a small local move. They were great, moved everything quickly and safely. I would recommend them.
Unfortunately updating my review - August 2025 I’m sad to write this review because we’ve used Upline four times (2016 to NYC, 2021 Oakland, 2024 Lafayette, and 2025 Lafayette) and they’ve been incredible every time—except for our latest move. This time, a couple of things really fell short. Two containers actually fell out of the truck while they were packing; I ended up repacking them myself after the container opened, while the crew just stood by and said nothing.
