They had told us that the truck was due to leave on a certain date and only then we decided to book our move with them as per the promised date but little did we know that this would take forever. Used them for a small local move. They were great, moved everything quickly and safely. I would recommend them.
Unfortunately updating my review - August 2025 I’m sad to write this review because we’ve used Upline four times (2016 to NYC, 2021 Oakland, 2024 Lafayette, and 2025 Lafayette) and they’ve been incredible every time—except for our latest move. This time, a couple of things really fell short. Two containers actually fell out of the truck while they were packing; I ended up repacking them myself after the container opened, while the crew just stood by and said nothing. Super friendly, Helped me move by 2 bhk within mountain view.
The team did a great job upfront scheduling my move and during the move. But not so hot on follow up after the move. I've requested the names of my team so I could mention the outstanding job they did for me here in the review and I have yet to receive them two months later. So while I would definitely recommend UpLine moving for their moving services. I'm disappointed I cannot mention my four outstanding movers by name.
