There are genuinely fun moments here, and it feels like a place where people are starting to build real connections and relationships. The winter was fine we had good adjustable heat in the building, water, and other expected protocols. When water is going off for some hours during repair projects we get notified ahead. The neighbourhood itself is lovely—quiet, pleasant, close to 17 Ave and a big plus overall. It's also great for kiddos.
