I had a very disappointing experience staying at Uplands Manor. The water problems here are absolutely unacceptable. From the moment I moved in, there were constant issues with water pressure and supply. On multiple occasions, the water completely stopped running for hours at a time, which made basic tasks like showering or cooking extremely frustrating. Absolutely terrible experience living at Upland Manners (Avenue Living). There is always some kind of issue in the building, and management takes forever to do anything about it. Right now, there’s no water, and residents have been waiting a week for a solution! This isn’t even the first time—it has happened before, and they still haven’t learned to fix things properly. If you want hell in Canada, come to Upland Manor 1608 22nd Avenue (Avenue Living).. Which makes you feel like you are living in hell every day.. This building has no service, no maintenance, a lot of dirt, every floor smells bad, and 1-2 water shut-offs a month that come after 3 days, the heater in the house also turns off, and there is no technology as per the rent... We regret it very much, but since we have a 1 year lease, we cannot leave it. And I can't even talk to the manager. 🤬🤬😡😡
Avenue Living is a very bad property, living inside it feels like hell, this is the first time we have seen such a bad situation, the rent is high but the service is not available at all, water problems come 2-3 times a month, and there is no solution with these people, please don't even think of staying in this property, otherwise life will become hell.
