Uplands manor the place where they throw your money down the drain. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to my worst enemies. The management also only thinks of themselves and only themselves. I would of left a 0/5 star rating but that wasn’t an option
Honestly I think every single one of these reviews are actually wrong. ITS WAY WORSE THAN THEY SAY, for starters there is ABSOLUTLY no support from management. Apartment was 14 degrees during a -35 cold snap, maintenance worker came inside and said "Oh yeah this place is always cold" proceeds to touch the heater and say "its hot, you're good. You wont die" gives me a thumbs up and walks out. After about a week of phoning I finally got contact information and was told everything's up to code and they don't need to do anything... read more
I had a very disappointing experience staying at Uplands Manor. The water problems here are absolutely unacceptable. From the moment I moved in, there were constant issues with water pressure and supply. On multiple occasions, the water completely stopped running for hours at a time, which made basic tasks like showering or cooking extremely frustrating. Absolutely terrible experience living at Upland Manners (Avenue Living). There is always some kind of issue in the building, and management takes forever to do anything about it. Right now, there’s no water, and residents have been waiting a week for a solution! This isn’t even the first time—it has happened before, and they still haven’t learned to fix things properly.
