The absolute worst medical group beyond anything disgustingly you could believe. Everything they do is bad, referrals denied, things misfiled, information constantly wrong. Things approved dont get paid for it will ruin your finances and credit. Things like this put lives in danger I would absolutely never suggest anyone get with this medical group it will ruin your health and your sanity be warned. Worst medical group imaginable managed by Prospect Medical which isn't very good in itself. Upland Medical Group is horribly managed, you cannot reach them directly ever except via Prospect. The company is NOT about helping the public, it's all about YOU following their protocol or policy. If you trust your health to them it's a miracle you are alive. Poorly managed and truly incompetent. I got a new health plan and was assigned to Upland Medical Group. At my first visit with my new PCP, I waited an hour to be seen by the doctor, even though I had an appointment. I thought, “maybe I caught them on a hectic day.“ But no, when I looked behind the receptionist window, I could see every doctor, every nurse, and every administrative assistant staring at their iPhones.
