It was my first time here. It was a nice quiet and welcoming environment. But they seemed a bit scattered and unprepared. And one of my relatives went there sometime later and also had a very unusual experiance as well. I know things happen. So I was patient. I was just thankful for quick and friendly service.

Animal hospital I sat 7.5 hours sitting there bleeding internally,my splean tore open & bleeding on my Brain . Well 1,of the Drs is just a qwack I said something 2,him about it he said the bleeding after I left lol.but I sat there 4 7.5 hours!After my motor cycle accident!They final transported me to UW where I spent 8days! I sure thank God n all the awesome EMTS!GOOD JOB!THANK YOU 4saving my life!! Also staffAtUW!The nurses where good!

RecommendedI slipped on ice Sunday afternoon, and fell. I only hurt a little bit. By Monday night my back spasmed, and wouldn't relax. I went to the E. R. I got right in. The nurses are always very nice. Doctor Kramer is very nice, and thorough. He knew my back spasm wouldn't calm down without muscle relaxers. Then I was released.
RecommendedMy son has had two surgeries at Upland and the nurses and Dr. Self are truly amazing. Thank you to RN Sue who has been there both times with my son is truly a wonderful caring lady and a big thank you to Dr. Self who has put my son's arm back together not once but twice now...

I had been to the hospital three times in 48 hours because my 9 month old baby was so sick each time the doctors and nurses were amazing and helped him get comfortable and get the medicine he needed. One of the nurses even came and played with him while we waited! And they were really good to my other two kids I had to bring along! Amazing service and I'm glad to have people like that who will help!
RecommendedI went with my son who had a eye issue, he was crying and they got him in super fast and had him patched up super quick he left smiling and sipping on some apple juice the staff was beyond excellent!!!!
