Primera Carpet One has done several jobs for me in the past few years. They installed new quartz counters in our very large kitchen a few years ago; they were prompt, courteous, professional and answered all our questions. The counters were beautiful. I purchased Vinyl flooring from Pearlman’s Carpet One on August 29, 2011, for three rooms. It was installed September 22nd through September 26, 2011. I felt the vinyl was not installed properly; I contacted Pearlman’s, they sent an inspector to the house in January. The inspector looked at one room and left. I e-mailed pictures of the poor workmanship of the vinyl to Ed Israel the owner of Pearlman’s on February 24, 2012.
