Horrible Horrible Horrible. I had a warranty repair scheduled by Whirlpool for my 2 month old Kitchenaid stove. They canceled my appointment without notifying me and I waited all day for the tech. I was unable to reach anyone by phone. When I finally did, They rescheduled the service call and I had to take more time off from work. When they tech came, they did not have the part, even though I sent him a picture of my stove. Then when he got there he told me that my appliance was not under warranty.
