OK.... so today after I get off of work I'm going to give these people at UPI a shot at fixing my phantom three drone that I landed in the top of a 50 foot pine tree. I ordered a new shell & gimbel from DJI and I need UPI guys to come through for me. Like seriously!! Standby...
Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE! Nick threatened me to pay 50$ inspection while he did not even try to start working on my drone. I told him I was going to call the cops and finally walked away with my possession. Apparently, he missed out the chance to scam me out so he got pissed and cursed out loud when I was leaving the shop.
Amazing service and super fast. The staff is extremely friendly and they do an amazing job. I have had my iPhone I pad, computer and my drone fixed there. Can highly recommend upi.
If there were more stars, I would give them all! Seriously the best, easiest service experience I have had in a very long time. Just moved to Houston and came here on a referral, with a horribly cracked iPhone screen, and phone on its last leg, courtesy of my 2 year old. Caito and Nick are amazing, so nice, and just great at what they do! I was out the door with my beautiful new phone in what felt like 10 minutes. I'm just mad I waited so long to go! My screen and display panel behind it were toast. They had me fixed and out the door while I walked next door to McDonald's and had breakfast and back.
Fast repair and great service! Would recommend this place is 10/10
