Extremely unprofessional. Nonresponse and does not pay attention to details. On my wedding day the planner was late because she failed to plan for Thanksgiving traffic. An hour prior to the wedding the planner asked me when is the actual ceremony, which had been set for over 10 months and mentioned in every discussion and paperwork. Overall completely unsatisfied with their service. We would have saved a lot of time and money and gotten better results.

Disappointment as in no sign in seeing the wedding planner, miranda, even on the DAY of the wedding. (not to mention the forever no reply on the wechat -- chinese version of whatsapp). Sending only two inexperience interns that has no help toward the rehersal & the big day, which leads me to constantly run to the venue & contract vendors to communicate directly. 又到今年女朋友快过生日的时候了，这时候想到的还是Uphoria，于是来补个好评！ 感谢Uphoria去年帮我gf准备的生日的惊喜。这样的惊喜我想女孩子都无法抗拒吧！场地是Uphoria的策划师帮我挑的，很适合我们只有4个人参与的惊喜。色系也是策划师推荐的，本来会担心红色系会俗气，没想到现场效果非常好，我女朋友也很满意，她的朋友们也说很好看！女孩子们拍了不少照片，有点后悔当时没找个摄影师和摄像师，记录下我女朋友进屋惊喜的一刻！当天，还有给女朋友送礼物，送后备箱花的环节，感谢Uphoria策划师的当天完美的时间安排，一切都非常顺的下来了。女朋友也很开心，这个才是过惊喜生日的意义！ 由于去年的生日我们都太满意了，所以今年除了再找Uphoria，没别的选择了！再次感谢！
