I had known Arturo for 3 years for redoing my furniture and small jobs. I consider him a friend. I met his wifr, his mon, his dog....I wrote reviews and recommended ARTURO LIRA AND CASA LIRA AND HIS OTHER COMPANY, ULPHOSTERY WORKS to my friends and neighbors in WESTCHESTER. The last job I trusted him to do was my mudroom (install a sink, light fixture and 3 cabinets) he was paid almost in full.
