I visited Upgrade Performance yesterday for a Dexa body scan to determine my body fat percentage. It was an easy process and every question I had was answered. I'm finally taking measures to improve my health and this visit really gave me more determination than ever. The owners are great people and the gym is state of the art. If you are thinking about improving your health, no matter where you are in that journey, I truly believe visit to Upgrade Performance will give you the motivation you need to make it happen.

I was searching for a Dexa Scan and found more than I was looking for! If you have been searching for gyms near you this is the best combination of personal consultation on weight loss, blood sugar and longevity. On top of all that it is a 24 hour gym. I will tell you I reached a spot where I needed some help. These are before pictures. Will post progress pictures in a month. Very nice gym with great stuff. 9 months ago when I started getting myself into shape, I didn't even know what a DexaScan was, but I had my first one today. Quick, easy and very affordable I would recommend UPGRADE to anyone looking to get this done; it seems like an excellent tool to track progress and make sure you're losing fat and not just weight. Being able to split the 4 pack deal with another person was very convenient.
