Avoid at all costs, very unpleasant experience. Just moved to Dallas and was seeking a local mechanic. Yeah not this one ended up paying another mechanic to fix their work . Extremely rude garage manager refused to make things right. Just a jerk in general both days i had dealings.
Just had my brakes done - The BEST work I've seen! MAN was I blown away today! Both front brakes on my 4Runner were bad - okay, they were REALLY bad. I let them go WAY too far. I was honestly expecting to pay around $600 bucks or so (sadly, I have paid this much before). I had been calling around to places (like JustBrakes and others in Dallas). I Agree great service and a fair price I am very pleased with the service and honestly at Upex, whenever I need to take my car in for a repair. I can also say that service is always very very prompt as well. I have never been so loyal and happy with any other auto repair business.
Excellent I have taken my '97 Nissan Maxima to UPEX twice for brake jobs. The first time was for the front and the second time, two years later, was for the rear brakes. Each time the price was less than $200. I'm pretty certain there is no way I would have paid less than $3-400 for a brake job at a dealer or chain auto repair shop. Great service, honest and an amazing price - that is their MO.
Probably The Best Auto Repair Shop In Dallas I have been a customer of UPEX for over 15 years. Between two of my own cars, my wife's car, and several grown children that we help out from time to time, I am sure we have spent over $10,000 with this business over those 15 years so then I say 99.99% of the time they fix the problem right the first time and that other .01% they take care of without an argument, I know this from experience. Love them!! I took my car to a body shop and they quoted me $400 and when I went to Upex not only did they order the parts I needed they also saved me $200 dollars!!
They saved me 1500 dollars! UPEX is the most honest repair shop I've ever been to. I took my car there after the dealership quoted me a ridiculous price. One of the problems turned out to be a blown fuse. UPEX only charged me 80 cents for the repaired fuse.
