Lauren and Dr. Chad are very friendly, easy going, flexible and accommodating. My only complaint is that I didn't start seeing a chiropractor sooner! I will be a lifelong patient. Highly recommend!
I had not planned on visiting a chiropractor until I received a discounted spinal assessment. Dr Updike went through the process throughly and let me ask as many questions as needed until I felt comfortable with where my spine was at and where it needed to be. I also learned that there is more to a chiropractor then adjusting you spine. Dr Updike can also assist with detoxification and nutrition through his workshops. I enjoy going to Alignlife to get my adjustments. Dr. Chad re-aligned spine; so I could continue being a massage therapist. Without Alignlife, I would have had to start a different career path because of my mixed aligned neck. Thank you! ☺️
