Dr Ting is fantastic. I've shown up thirty minutes prior to appointments as requested and end up sitting for an hour every time as people who show up on time or late to their appointments are seen first. That doesn't include sitting in the exam room, which is also an extended time for such brief interactions with the provider. If the care I was receiving wasn't exemplary I would go elsewhere. Staff is always friendly and helpful, just doesn't seem like an efficient check in process.
