We moved in to a new home and the fireplace hadn't been used for 20 years. Josh inspected and cleaned it up in an hour. It's been great all winter. We couldn't be happier with the job Josh and his worker did for us.
Josh was great. Very Helpful with fireplace operation, firebuilding tips and even checked out the heating system. I highly reccommend .
We are new to this fireplace thing so we had Josh come out to inspect our fireplace/chimney and he was great. He answered all my questions and was super friendly to my curious 8 year old son. He gave us lots of fire safety tips and only tried to sell us what we needed....a chimney cap. Thank you!
Had Josh clean my chimney today. He did an amazing job and offered some great advice. There was no "selling" like many other companies out there. Had another company come out a few years ago. They tried selling me 4,500 worth of stuff that I didn't need. What they didn't try to "sell" me was potential of a fire with some wood studs near the stove. I cannot enough great things about Josh, owner of Up Yer Flue Chimney Sweeps. I told him that I have a gas fireplace and even though this is not something that he deals with he came right over...after working a long day! He was honest, friendly, professional, and put a lot of time into assessing the problem. In the end, he offered some great advice and a referral! I love this old school kinda approach and I am sure that this is what makes him so successful! Thank you for your time Joshua! You are amazing!
