was great up until recently, i ordered 3 weeks ago website went down 3 days later, sent emails for a week got one reply saying it was being mailed out friday, waited a week sending email tweets phone calls nothing no response got my money back today thru my bank as they would not even respond for a refund request. after a bit of research the company appears closed and support is all 3rd party so if your order w9tech or Utopia planitia products dont be surprised if you never get it and never get an answer. such a shame used a... read more

After placing an internet order with this company not only was the ceramic vape disk the wrong size but I have had numerous fraudulent charges on my credit card since this purchase. SOMEONE AT THIS COMPANY STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND USED IT IN SEVERAL PLACES AROUND CALIFORNIA AND ARIZONA. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have had to open a federal investigation and hopefully this company's merchant services will be shut down soon.
