I would highly recommend using Up & Running Computer Services if you are having any computer issues. We ordered a new printer for our office. When it arrived, we thought we could just put it in the old printers place, plug in the disk, and be on our merry way. No such luck. I spent roughly six hours trying to figure it out on my own last Friday. I finally gave up and decided to try again Monday. When my last plan didn't work either, I called Up & Running. Have had a couple of computer/printer issues in the past couple of days - most of them falling in the "operator error" slot. If you're having computer problems I would highly recommend calling up and running! They're knowledgeable friendly staff will have you "up and running" in no time! They have helped me on multiple occasions... They are my "go to guys" when I'm having any issues with my computer. Thanks again!

I cannot reccommend highly enough this wonderous" slayer of viruses". I was fairly freaked out by scary alerts on my computer by scammers. Don came to the rescue and did so in a very timely fashion. He resolved issues and cleaned everything up, and took the time to offer kind words to a very technically unsavy person. I am comforted to know that he is there for me. Thanks so much Don.
