Chris and his team are exactly what I was looking for in a property manager. They are professional, extremely responsive, and excellent at working with tenants. Their pricing structure is reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend the team to anyone that asks.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Listen to the most recent reviews. They have multiple contacts on their properties yet not a single application is allowed in (I don't mean accepted, they don't even allow you to apply) They have an automated system that immediately hangs up on you. Jesse Pena has stopped communication after 3 email exchanges and refused to speak over the phone. They have good properties managed by spiteful seeming people. Very poor customer service with google voice numbers that they never respond to for their listings. Respectable Homeowners should avoid doing business with them. they are very rude, arrogant, disrespectful and prideful.

We’ve been using Up Property Management (now Up Realty) for 5 years. We’ve only had 1 tenant… thanks to these folks. Chris and his team were fantastic from the start.
