I am a tenant, and overall my experience has been fine, so long as you don’t need anything urgent from your Property Management. I find it very frustrating that all communication is done through text. They used to have a Google Voice line that they wouldn’t ever pick up, now the line goes straight to voicemail. I have been with UP Realty for over 7 years. I wish all business I deal with are as good as UP. Very responsive and great to work with. Chris is also an expert on lease agreements. His advise to me has been spot on over the years. I highly recommend UP Realty!

Chris and his team are exactly what I was looking for in a property manager. They are professional, extremely responsive, and excellent at working with tenants. Their pricing structure is reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend the team to anyone that asks.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Listen to the most recent reviews. They have multiple contacts on their properties yet not a single application is allowed in (I don't mean accepted, they don't even allow you to apply) They have an automated system that immediately hangs up on you. Jesse Pena has stopped communication after 3 email exchanges and refused to speak over the phone. They have good properties managed by spiteful seeming people.
