I am a tenant, and overall my experience has been fine, so long as you don’t need anything urgent from your Property Management. I find it very frustrating that all communication is done through text. They used to have a Google Voice line that they wouldn’t ever pick up, now the line goes straight to voicemail. I am currently really disappointed because my kitchen sink won’t drain and water is backflowing up my sink. I have been with UP Realty for over 7 years. I wish all business I deal with are as good as UP. Very responsive and great to work with. Chris is also an expert on lease agreements. His advise to me has been spot on over the years. I highly recommend UP Realty!
