Loving it here! Read some of the reviews and I have to say this is one of the cleanest places I ever lived. No rodents or bugs like the luxury buildings downtown Hartford. Jasmine the manager is outstanding. I don’t know how she maintains her calm demeanor with the whiny residents. They whine about the silliest things if they don’t get what they want and then threaten to leave a bad review. Ignore the negative posts. The claims made are simply not true. A very welcoming environment from the second you walk in. Everyone is very nice and friendly including all staff. Jasmine has always been responsive attentive and reliable. Very comfortable apartments, very quiet, and relaxing. All community spaces are well maintained. It’s great living here!
I just moved to another state from Connecticut and lived at Up House the last 3 years prior to my departure. I believe I was one of the 1st 30 or so people to live here as the complex wasn't fully built out and there were very few people currently living there when I moved in. Thought out my time here, the complex was built out and filled up to what it is today. Living here was such a good experience that I would not have moved if I didn't have to.
