I know there are mixed reviews but I will give my honest review. I lived here for 12 months and I had truly zero issues. When I moved in there were no screens in my windows, I submitted a request online and the next day I had screens. I've never had an issue with cleanliness or the amenities. I had an issue with my fire alarms, the guy came up within 5 minutes and swapped all the batteries. Those were the only two things I encountered in my 12 months. This is a very nice place to live. I would recommend it.
Loving it here! Read some of the reviews and I have to say this is one of the cleanest places I ever lived. No rodents or bugs like the luxury buildings downtown Hartford. Jasmine the manager is outstanding. I don’t know how she maintains her. Calm demeanor with a few whiny residents. *In response to the owner's comment, I used to live here, and I am extremely happy that I no longer do...* This place is awful. Please take the time to read the 1 star reviews, they’re spot on. Most of the 5 star reviews are from people who either just moved in or only toured the place. Let me start by saying the property managers are extremely rude.
