I just picked up my bike after a tune-up, it was done in less than a week, and it has never run better. I highly recommend Upcycles.Â
I tried to bring my grandson there to buy him a birthday bike but the shop was closed during advertised open hours? There was a phone number listed on the door that said “by appointment only”, I called and the voicemail box was full???? Is this guy closing his doors?Â
I bought a bike off of this guy through a reputable Bmx website. There was zero communication. I tried for two weeks to get in touch with him. I tried personal email, business email, personal phone, business phone, getting in touch with him through the website I bought from. He only responded to me after I filed a complaint through PayPal. He then proceeded to leave me a bad review after he had zero communication. Sellers like this suck! I would never do business with this fool! Buyers bewareÂ
I had some work done on my Trek 29er MTB here. Jason put some parts on to upgrade my bike. A new rear derailer and cassette, shifter and the chain. He also put a new rim on the front wheel since I bent it on a stump in the woods. My bike is working great now. Jason did a good job and his prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend Up Cycles!Â
